• How much notice do you need before an event?
  We ask that you reserve our catering and rentals services no later than two weeks prior to your event. However, we know that there are some occasions where this is not possible. Regardless of the timing of your event, reach out and we’ll discuss the options available!
• Do you have a minimum head count or a food and beverage minimum to secure catering with you?
  We do not have a minimum head count, but we require a food and beverage (and/or rentals) minimum to be at least $1500.00 before we can confirm services for you and your group.
• Can you provide alcohol and bartenders?
  We certainly can! We can customize a beverage menu unique to your event. We can help with selections, wine, beer and spirit pairing menus, and custom specialty cocktails. Our professional bartending staff is courteous and talented, and will shake some fun into your event! All of our bartenders are TIPS trained to ensure your guests’ comfort and safety during your event.
• When is my final guest count due?
  Your final guest count will be due two weeks from your event date. For smaller events, we ask that you submit your final guest count one week from your event date. But don’t worry – we know it’s hard to get all your RSVP’s in time, so we will work with you to make sure all your guests are accommodated!
• What do you do with leftover food from my event? Do I get to take it home?
  We take food safety very seriously, so if your Event Manager feels it is safe to pack up leftover food that was served to your guests, we absolutely will! Any other safely held food will be donated to Nourishing Bethesda, a local group that serves food-insecure families in our county.
