First thing to consider is budget. Is a holiday party even feasible? Come together to decide on a budget and make sure to stick to it.
Picking a venue. Once the budget is established, the next step is picking a venue- not all parties have to be in the office! Here are a few suggested venues in Montgomery and Frederick counties to choose from:

Food & Alcohol. Another thing you want to consider is the type of food and alcohol you serve. Ordering and confirming a menu can be overwhelming! We suggest leaving that to the professionals and letting your caterer or restaurant handle those details for you. At Simply Fresh, we have a holiday menus ranging anywhere from light appetizers to customized plated meals. Here are just a few items you can choose from:

Alcohol at a company party is a sensitive issue. If you decide to serve alcohol, determine on drink limits and make sure there is a professional bartender serving. This avoids the uncomfortable discussion in the HR office the next day. The company may also want to consider offering alternative transportation to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
