Thank You Summer Staff!

As our summer draws to a close, a large portion of our help is headed back to school. We’d like to take this opportunity to send each and every one of them a heartfelt thank you for your hard work!

While our staff does consist of a good number of full time, year-round employees, we also have a lot of staff that come in for our busy season. Their involvement starts either in the kitchen helping to prep food, or loading up our trucks with every item we might need for each event. They then help with set up of tables, chairs, decor, buffet lines, flowers, etc. At the end of events they help break down everything that they originally set up, pack it all into our trucks, and unload once they return to our kitchen.

This group helps us make sure all of our events run smoothly from start to finish. They work hard to make sure all guests are happy and have everything they need, all while having a wonderful attitude!

We’ll miss them dearly while they’re gone, but wish them a great school year, and we look forward to them helping on their breaks and next summer!
