Care for our guests

  • Health Department Scores

    Top Health Department Scores.

  • ServSafe COVID-19 Trained

    Team members have completed the ServSafe COVID-19 sanitation class.

  • Sanitizing High Contact/Traffic Areas – Kitchen

    Kitchen and all equipment sanitized twice daily.

  • Handwashing

    Staff washes hands frequently, at minimum every 30 minutes.

  • Hand Sanitizer

    Hand sanitizer available for guests and staff.

  • Sanitizing High Contact/Traffic Areas – Office

    All surfaces, such as door handles, copiers, desks, telephones, etc. sanitized twice daily.

  • Uniform Sanitation

    Chef apparel stays at our commissary and is washed daily.

  • Culinary Team PPE

    The culinary team wears gloves, masks and hair nets while preparing food.

  • Safe Food Handling

    Gloves and masks are used when handling food. Gloves changed frequently.

  • Plexiglass Barriers

    Plexiglass are used in appropriate areas.

  • Staff PPE

    All staff members wear gloves and masks, when social distancing is not possible.

  • Sanitizing Entire Building

    The entire building (kitchen, coolers, office, door handles, telephones, etc.) sanitized frequently.

  • Delivery/Services Team PPE

    The delivery/service team wears gloves and masks while serving food.

  • Contactless Pickup and Delivery

    Contactless pickup and delivery is available for all orders.

  • Single Serve

    Place settings, utensils, and menus will be single use or will be cleaned and sanitized after every use.

  • Occupancy Guidelines

    Seating capacity at venues based on state/local guidelines.

  • Seating Arrangements

    Dining tables at venues placed 6+ feet apart, with 10 or fewer guests per table.

  • Safety Reminders

    Signage throughout the building reminding everyone of how to be safe.

  • Daily Temperature Check

    Employees must pass a temperature and health check prior to each shift.

  • Health & Safety Check

    All employees complete an Attestation for Worksite Entry document

  • Sick Pay

    All Simply Fresh employees accrue sick and safe leave each pay period.

  • Daily Meals

    Staff is provided with a nutritious daily meal to power them through the day.

Q: Can I still plan my event?
A: Absolutely! Our event planners our standing by and would love to help you plan your upcoming event. Dates for this year and next are booking fast, so call us today!

Q: How will I know my event is safe?
A: On the day of your event, your event manager is there to deliver outstanding service and to make you and your guests feel comfortable. We have created strict guidelines around face coverings, handwashing, food handling, sanitizing and social distancing. Additionally, our team members complete a comprehensive food safety management course.

Q: What are the safest food options?
A: Many of our clients are choosing plated menu options and/or prepacked items, however our team is trained to safely execute all of our menus utilizing all services styles including buffets and family style.

Q: How many guests can I have at my event?
