I certify that the facts in this application (or any other accompanying or required documents) are correct, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the falsification, misrepresentation or omission of any facts in said documents will be cause for denial of employment or immediate termination of employment regardless of the timing or circumstances of discovery.
I understand that submission of an application does not indicate there is a position open and does not obligate the Company to hire. I further understand and agree that nothing contained in this application, or conveyed during any interview is intended to create an employment contract. I further understand and agree that if I am hired, my employment will be “at will” and without fixed term, and may be terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, at the option of either myself or the Company. No promises regarding employment have been made to me, and I understand that no such promise or guarantee is binding upon the Company unless made in writing and signed by the President of the Company.
I understand that if offered a position with Simply Fresh Events, I may be required to submit for a pre-employment medical examination and drug screening as a condition of employment. If employed I also agree to submit to a medical examination or drug test at any time deemed appropriate by the Company and as permitted by law. I consent to such examinations and tests, and I request that the examining doctor disclose to the Company the results of the examination, results shall remain confidential and segregated from my personnel file. I understand that my employment or continued employment, to the extent permitted by law, is contingent upon satisfactory medical examinations and drug test, and if I am hired a condition of my employment will be that I abide by the Company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
I understand that any employment is conditioned upon a background check and I authorize any and all schools, former employers, references, courts and any others who have information about me to provide such information to Simply Fresh Events and/or any of its representatives, agents or vendors and I release all parties involved from any and all liability for any and all damage that may result from providing such information.
If hired, I agree to abide by all Company work rules, policies and procedures. The Company retains the right to revise its policies or procedures, in whole or in part, at any time.
I also understand that if I am hired, I will be required to provide legal proof of identity and legal authority to work in the United States and that federal immigration laws require me to complete and I9 form in this regard.
