Snow Hill Manor

Why we recommend Snow Hill Manor

Imagine yourself being swept away in a horse-drawn carriage as you enter the historic grounds of SNOW HILL MANOR. Passing through 17 acres of beautiful, leafy parkland along a cedar, tree-lined driveway you arrive at the historic house. Built by the Snowden family, who were one of Maryland’s early colonials, Quaker families, and iron suppliers, this house was built along the main road between Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. This beautiful Georgian home is rumored to have been host to President George Washington and his wife, Martha. With plenty of charm, character, and style, SNOW HILL MANOR can add that special flair to any event. Modern amenities include a warming kitchen, wireless connection, audio-visual equipment, and dressing rooms. The enchantment of the outdoors is enhanced further with a large, tented patio for seasonal use.
